Guest Ratings & Reviews
I found this hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms have been cheaply renovated to look good in photos, which wasn't as appealing in person. On the upside, the hotel provided washing facilities, which was convenient. The service was like even more of an inconvenience to the onsite manager, but I did receive a free upgrade to a quieter and darker room on a higher floor which was appreciated after coming off a night shift. The location was near Central Station, making it easy to walk to the center of Brisbane and the shopping district. The dining experience included fresh-cracked eggs, which was a nice touch. The hotel lacks some facilities you might expect, but overall, it's an okay option for a short stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Central railway station, making it easy to access all modes of transport in the city. The rooms, although not exactly as portrayed in the photos, do come with a kitchen and washing machine, providing added convenience. While the rooms have been renovated to look pleasing in pictures, some areas felt cheaply done. On the positive side, the hotel offers homemade ice cream as part of the dining experience, adding a unique touch.
The hotel has recently been cheaply renovated to look good in photos, offering rooms with a smelly spray with kitchen and washing machine for both bedrooms. On the bright side, the onsite manager gave me a free upgrade to a quieter, darker room on a higher floor because he knew I was coming off night shift, which was a nice touch.
